good decent action movie..... nothing specatular but good worth watching. zoe saldana is a decent actress, and what a babe. some good action scenes in this, and not a bad story
I think that this was a great movie...everyone is entitled to their own opinion and to be honest i think this is one hell of a performance from Zoe Saldana (hope i spelled that right)..way better than angelina jolie
she is the female equivilent to jason strathman! this movie is quite like his stereo-type charactor. lots of action and parts, yes unrealistic...but its a movie, remember and made to entertain. you want real??...watch a documentary or a true story type film. for what this movie was...worth your while!! 7/10 zoe rocks!!
She is sexy and beautiful don't get me wrong but not enough good real action and the story was predictable. If you're looking for decency action watch Jason Statham movies lol

This movie was just okay to me. {SPOILER ALERT]I just don't get how the assassin who trained her gets killed so easily. That was just not well thought out. There were some other things that bothered me, as well as details that didn't add up right. The storyline is typical; the action was just ok. No big deal. I agree with Strangerboy when he said he took a nap twice. I flat out fell asleep on it the first time, and seriously thought about doing it again when I started from where I left off.
Not the worst I've ever seen. Straight to DVD would have been best for this movie.

Im not sure why people are rating this movie so low....I loved it and personally feel it was one of the best action movies since Taken.. I can understand people not thinking it was the best but to say it sucks seems far fetched.. Great movie....Watch and judge for yourself.
Even though I like Zoe Saldana as an actress. The movie was very predictable to me. I mean there were action sequences that were ok, but I didn't by her as an assassin. The best part of the movie for me was the beginning with the little girl. She did a great job in acting that part out. Back to the drawing board I guess.
Well I can't say this is an aweful movie. It's just not my cup of tea I guess. I tried watching it, I got threw the first 15 minutes and turned it off. Maybe I will try it another day, just might have to be in right mood to watch this movie. Thanks zmovie for the links!!
good action flick. Zoey Saldana is great in this role. Video quality is not good. This movie is worth paying the 10.00 or so to go see it in the theater. Good flick,.
8.9 out of 10 for this piece of crap. i mean comeon guys, you can do better than that. if you rated this 8.9 then movies like tomb raider, salt should be rated 10. but they are NOT!! so stop being unrealistic and biased towards this.
the movie is named colombiana and features a woman of same origin. Now, If you've ever been to the country then you must agree with me that colombian women are voluptuous and downright sexy! Zoe just doesn't cut it! she looks like a walking toothpick! And then there is the movie plot, I mean really? Some scenes were so corny and unrealistic that it made me roll my eyes saying "oh come on". From the chase scene when she was a scared little girl n then she magically turns into a 8 year old Olympic gymnast and escapes 20 guys!! OH COME ON.. then to her uncle's shooting up a random car/person next to her school in Chicago and nothing happends except for scared people and off screen sirens...!! OH COME ON... Then, it is suddenly 15 years later, and she is a trained assassin, who is drawing flowers on all of her victims. The relationship with her guy friend is COMPLETELY awkward and weird as whenever they meet they make out.. and suddenly in middle of things it appears to us all that guy knows nothing about the gal who he has been sleeping with..!! really..?? OH COME ON... not to mention all of her assassinations are completely unrealistic. There is one in particular, where she has to kill this guy in his mansion, and she does all this unnecessary stuff to set up what was supposed to be a thought out kill, but it is so ridiculously stupid, and a huge FAIL!!! BLV ME OR NOT I TOOK QUICK NAP TWICE IN THE MOVIE It was simply unappealing.
calm down dude we all have our own opinion what makes a good movie and if this was a good movie to that person just b/c you didnt like it dosnt mean every1 has to hate it...
AHHH revenge is sooo sweet and in this case revenge was a sweet, beautiful and lethal!!! Mmmmm i simply love my fellow half boricua and half quisqueya chula aka Zoe Saldana.
