I don't get how a horror/thriller fan would not like this...7/10...kept me entertained the whole time...Australia has some good movies out there as well...
Mood set extremely well during the opening credits; definitely draws me in. Excellent musical score subsequent to the opening credits. Initial screenplay & acting fall slightly short but still watchable and entertaining. Settled in now and quite entertained. Nice tension setup. Character development is believable. First gore flashback revelation has sub-par acting and not very gory. So far, opening scenes still saving this film. About 50 minutes in the film hits with a pretty tremendous twist and a strong finale. Ultimately it is very well done for a B-movie. Unless you pay attention, you won't get the twist ahead of time. :)
