LOVVEEDDD! this was very well thought out! no it was not really a scary movie like they tried to make it mostly a step up from your regular drama movie! BUT i loved this movie definitely would watch agaiN!
This movie just didn't wrap up nicely. I don't care how flashy everything is produced, the plot just doesn't properly tie itself up. We get the basic gist of how the story actually happened which is nice but no explanation of how the protagonist could have all of these experiences. This bothers me and I am not willing to accept it; no amount of flashy Hollywood producing with their fancy music is going to make up for a flawed plot. It might be worth watching for the unique story and twist though. 2/5.
Not a bad thriller at all, some comments were quite negative but i enjoyed this movie. The only downside is the sound is about 20 seconds out of sync by the end of the film. On the upside video was dvd quality. Maybe wait for a copy without the sound sync problem.
A very good presentation thoroughly enjoyed by yours truly. Just my opinion for what it is worth. I WAS nearly put off by the negative comments but I was glad I ignored them!! As for the recorder getting bored ? I think they were being vigilant and making sure they did not get caught filming!! Not the best thriller I have watched but well worth a one time watch!!! 7/10
I really enjoyed this movie. I think maybe the person doing the recording fell asleep though... The acting was good and so was the story line. I did get a little confused on a few scenes regarding the neighbor and had to rewind, but I think this movie is well worth a watch! 4/5
was a good enough movie, kept me interested and guessing for awile! some bits were confusing but they all came together in the end. enjoyed it all the same! :)
to watch it free here....i wont mind. but still its just a mix of the shinning and shutter island. though its not scene to scene to copy of those but majority of movie makes you feel similarity to the occult level. despite the ideas stolen from classics like shinning, shutter island, amityville horror etc this movie is nowhere near those. same goes for the performaces mainly of Daniel craig....after seeing this i HAVE no doubt that LEO IS THE BEST ACTOR AT PRESENT N DAT SHUTTER ISLAND WAS AN EXCELLENT THRILLER.
This movie was really interesting the plot and ending were great i liked it. I kept giggling though because at most points it sounded like someone was snoring =p
3 things 1 you can download an ad blocker but that might mess with your browser 2 the best way i found is to either reload the film ( the ads dont play everytime) or 3 simply click the ad close the window that opens and restart the film. I've had no problems using vidreel, xtshare but the best for no ads is deditv.
1st better one for no ads its xtshare...let all popups pass then click where it saz no ads :) easy peasy 2nd on other sites what i usually do is this...pass all popups etc and when all is closed and ready to see the movie just pick an advert and right click it...usually the ones which make noise have "play" and/or "loop" ticked...just untick them. you wont be able to do it to all of them but believe me,do it to all the ones you can and voila'...no more disturbances while watching the movie. ad blockers or popup blockers will slow down the cache loading,will slow down your system speed,will leave ports in your firewall open for them and not to mention that a lot of stuff wont work if the popup it's not launched :) cheers
Whats happening with all the adverts, you cant even get to watch a Movie without them constantly repeating themselves over and over again and it doesn't matter if you pause or mute them they just come back on after 30 seconds...its so frustrating I haven't been able to watch this film yet.. >:(
I found this movie to be very good. It kept my interested and had me wondering, even though they gave "the whose who" a way a bit too early. Definately worth the watch and probably watch again in the future. 4/5. Audio and Video on XTSHARE was watchable. Thanks Zmovie!!
Jim Sheridan directed it so decent acting for a change
Thank god some decent acting. No cliches, cheesy-ness, hamy-ness, glib-ness. wise-cracking crap.. Just reasonable human conduct. No cliche grandiose plot-lines. Basically not a bland pointless pile of cliches thank !! god. Daniel Craig did a good job. Nice to see UK scripting. I wasn't massively wowed by the film , or scared, just appreciated the lack of really crap blandness that seems to have become the norm for most films. I don't know if it will scare you, but there is enough suspense to keep you interested and thankfully it (unlike 99% hollywood films these days) isn't full of utterly pointless and gratuitous gore and blood spurting everywhere. Thank god for a vaguely normal-ish film by hollywood standards. Basically the characters weren't loathsome.. phew.. makes a nice change.. I will check out this director, as he is deviating from the hollywood norm by producing this type of thing.. which means he might be a nice guy.. Ah I see, he also did In the Name of the Father and My Left Foot,,, that explains why this film isnt crap. A Dubliner who moved to NY in 82.. That explains why everything he writes doesn't sound like a crap fake cliche.. Thank god there are some decent writers left in the film industry..
