average, mediocre. not as good as the usual superhero fantasy stuff e.g. spiderman etc. kids will like it. not for me though - i'm a grown up. too tame and uninteresting and seen it all before but much better
but i did like the john merrick (elephant man) character in the wheelchair and the green lantern's girl is a hot n sexy brunette
not a good start i'd say. movie lost the track several times in between. not sure if its due to the poor quality of video or may be story itself but i felt tired watching it..
saw this at the cinema and it was really bad. There were some times when it seemed like it was about to get good, but then fell flat. The script was horribly written.
For what it is, it was a great movie. You will have to admit it was better than Thor, which had no substance at all. How Stan Lee let that stinker out, I will never know. I think the biggest problem with the critics bashing GL/HJ is the actor playing GL/HJ. Anyone who is a die hard GL CBooks fan will notice that the movie was based off of earlier comics in which HJ, in the beginning, was exactly as Ryan Reynolds portrayed him. Great JOB!
Very disappointed in this movie! Limited action and just plain boring for a DC Flick! Kept falling asleep and losing interest in the movie. Just needed more action. 'Not even worth rating'
I had no trouble wit it except for a couple people in the frame... I watched it on Videoweed it wuz in 2 parts, but, oh well... a gr8 movie loved every bit of it... Can't wait to buy the DVD when it come's out... I watched it twice... now if a part two is this good... cool... ... ... I give it 10/10... ... ... I loved it and I thought Ryan Reynolds did a great job and Peter Sarsguard always plays a good villain. thank you zmovies for all your uploads, good or bad ones! I'm grateful to be able to sit at home and watch a flick for free, esp. since i'm a struggling mother that can't afford to go to the cinema. I can't wait to see that one movie with Steve carrel,Ryan Gosling, and Emma Stone to come out on here...I forgot the name of it,but it doesn't hit the theatres for a little while now. Does anyone know when Jeepers Creepers 3 Cathederal come out to theaters?
The only movie I've seen lately to come out that has Gosling in it is "The Ides Of March." The political thriller with George Clooney and Phillip Seymour Hoffman. Don't think that is the movie your talking about but it looks like it may be a decent movie to see. If you find the name of the film your talking about post the comment here please. Steve Carrel is great. And Emma Stone is becoming a really good actress.
!wow! the movie was outstanding to me! they nailed it! very good movie and i know the second one will be even better! 5/5 stars. got to say its better then recent super hero movies such as thor and x men. def worth the watch.
i loves van wilder, really funny movie... but van wilder playi'n the green lantern? "phuck", he sucks! e had greats expectations for this movie... total disappointment
I don't know what everyone's issue is here. I watched the movie, and I think quality is fine for now at least. There were not that many blurry parts, and that whole 10 minute of blackout from 50 minutes and so on, that everyone was talking about.. I saw none of that. So either this was a newish copy of this movie, I don't know. But I thought it was fine, and I liked the movie. Wasn't the greatest ever, but I did enjoy it. (:
That is because it is suppose to be based on the comic. Did you not read it before? Pretty much all superhero movies are predictable. But it is not about the predictability but the style and acting and graphics and everything that make the movie.
For all the people who have a whinge over the quality. DONT LIKE IT THEN WAIT FOR IT TO COME OUT PAY TO SEE IT AND ENJOY IT.. this site put up any quality it can so dont go giving your opinions saying its SHT OR CRAPPY! atleast be happy its up on here

it's not this sites fault/problem that the movie isn't of good quality. they just post links from other sites, and that's it. I agree the quality is not that great, but there are 3 other options, either wait for a better version to be posted (like i'm going to do) or go pay out the azz to watch it at a movie theatre, or wait for it come out on dvd. This site is doing great at posting links asap on movies, good quality or bad quality, really doesn't matter.

despite the camera mans good intentions the quality is shocking - as in bad enough to not understand whats going on during certain bits of the film.
people that complain don't watch the film but instead have their time wasted looking for a better version i personally appreciate the comments so i know whether to watch the film or not.
You know what? i am so fed up with people giving negative comments in here. ok so the copy may be dark for now, the sound may be bad for now. but if you dont like it that much then heres an option! never come back. just go away and go pay to see the films. your getting it free ffs. maybe we should come round your place while your watching the film and serve you popcorn while fluffing your pillows for you if that would help? ok so the cam needs more work but at least this guy tried to get it. im sure a better quality version will come out in a few days. be thankful its here at all, geez.

listen people can voice their opinion anywhere they see fit. if its a bad copy then somebody will read it and watch it. honestly were online your getting fed up at people you dnt know. no matter what theyre not gonna stop cuz they can so watch or do not watch the damn movie.

At least the people commenting on the quality are giving us a heads up before we go through the trouble of loading the movie, which 4 some can take awhile. At least there is something useful from them, you are just uselessly complaining. I take the risk & the trouble at times 2 tape movies & if the quality isnt up 2 par than guess what, i dont load it! Sometimes they are just unwatchable, therefore making them pointless 2 upload in the 1st place free or not. You just didnt go far enough threw the steps, these movies are free due to the advertisements, so you have to go threw them first.
very bad copy, very blurry and blacks out a few times during the movie, looks like a brilliant movie, might wanna wait for a better copy though, thanks for the effort uploader
This is a good movie there was no picture just sound for about 15 minutes in the center of the movie. Hopefully there will be a better copy posted soon. I love this site. Thank you and keep the movies coming.
I think they did the character justice and i liked Ryan's performance. Carol played her role well but i just can't imagine THAT actress in the role of a Sapphire lantern corp, though that is really unlikely. This version had some blacked out sections and blurs in but i can live with it. This movie set the stage for far greater things. I wonder how Captain America and Green Lantern well play off each other in the avengers movie. I can definitely see the Thor Hal interaction.
GREEN LANTERN is a DC creation u Fool and in the JLA!!! so it would be quite impossible to see him in the avengers with CAP and THOR which is a Marvel creation.
For 1 you'd think the people running this site would check the movies before they upload them, 2 these people who record the movies should see it as a job, your not going to the movies to watch it rather to steal it so keep your eyes on your recording device to make sure your making a good copy. I don't exspect great recordings but blurry an black screens for a long period of the movie is bullsh%t. i enjoy this site but have some standers if the bootlegg copy is poor wait for a better copy. An as a side note can you put a few copys up using loombo or videobb or maybe mega-video, sum of these players won't work or just play half the movie then stop.
We post what available and update when better quality appear , anyway this copy is better than nothings :-) . We do not upload the movie , we just approve submitted links , there still no copy from videobb or megavideo posted , also loombo is down for about a week
fair for what you can see delivers for what it is, missing 10 min in middle total dark out of focus in parts checked most and same copy. worth watch when they get better copy
Do Not watch this version of the movie, please wait till a better version or the DVD copy of the film gets uploaded, reason being is cause the camera that recorded this is on a big tilt, & you have to tilt your head to one side just to watch it, & also it keeps going out of focus & most of the movie is blurred,
& also at 52 minutes into the movie, the person with the camera moves it & the whole picture goes all black & all you hear is the sound, & this lasts for over 10 minutes so you actually miss over 10 minutes of the movie,
So I recommend that you all just wait till a better version of the movie gets uploaded, cause if you watch this & don't head my warnings then your just letting yourself in for a big disappointment =(
