This movie hits HARD right from the beginning and does NOT let up for a SINGLE SECOND for the entire duration! The constant terror actually wears you out. There are many things that are unexplained in this movie: [spoiler]1) What is the business about the "two" of them conspiring to leave her in the cellar?? 2) Whats with all the pictures in the notebook?? 3) Where was she taking his genitals and why?? 3a) What is the important date she was late for? 4) There is an underlying issue of parental sexual abuse in her past that somehow relates to the entire situation (she at one point indentifies herself with the "traitor")??[/spoiler] Even though these questions are not answered, this is a tremendous movie. 10/10
