Motor City moves the action to Michigan and explores the world of dirty cops on the violent streets of Detroit. Marty Kingston (Liotta) is an undercover narcotics detective who is shot and barely survives a drug bust gone wrong to save the life of his partner. When his partner is killed by a masked gunman four years later, Marty must team up with the hotheaded homicide detective Dan Sullivan (Hatosy) to investigate a string of brutal cop murders and hunt down the cop killer. The investigation that ensues is shrouded in deception and loaded with plot twists that question the line between the rules of law and justice..
why didn;t they just call this movie Motor city as it has nothing to do with the first film. I like Ray Liotta. I do not know what he's doing in this poor excuse for a sequel or Movie of any kind. the original was Class, this had very little atmosphere of Chemistry. i don't rightly know how it got made in the first place,
I like some B Movies, this one did not keep your interest. I turned it off a quarter of the way through. There was no plot and the movie was going nowhere. I like Liotta, but lately his movies get worse and worse. I know we all have bills to pay. The only good thing about this was some of the muscle cars. And thats it! Don't waste your time kids!!
i was reading what YOU wrote and was wondering. How did this movie not KEEP MY INTEREST?? I haven't even watched it yet. I scene more than a few of your reviews, but never have you been able to speak correctly for me yet. I keep hoping you'll get it right one of these times or maybe you can just use the language accurately. On a more dramatic note I like Liotta too-
