Troubled divorcee Mary Kee is tormented by a series of sinister phone calls from a mysterious woman. When the stranger reveals she's calling from the past, Mary tries to break off contact. But the caller doesn't like being ignored, and looks for revenge in a unique and terrifying way...
This was a really good film...plus sparticus(1st season) was in It:) It is well worth the watch...give a chance for sure u will like........8.5/10..mabe even a 9/10.
It was a good movie, but you really didn't know if the main actor was just mental or not. The movie even made it look like her ex wasn't really there at one point, but she did him in....you know what I mean. It doesn't have a clear typical movie syntax, and that makes it confusing somewhat.
I honestly thought the main actor was seeing it all in her head at one point.
The freakiest part of the movie was the ending dramma.
I think this was a good film with enough twists and turns to keep me interested. Someone said frequency meets stir of echoes....sums it up perfectly..!
The fact that it was originally cast by Britany Murphy and replaced by Rachelle Lefevre after her death must be mind twisting mystery,thriller,horror excellent movie..though this is much better than the Abandon, Murphy last movie.
Very good movie. Happy i decided to watch it now ;-). Great quality picture. Not your typical movie were you know everything thats going to happen next. 4/5
Great ghost story. Actually gave me chills like the movie Ghost Story with Fred Astaire. Well worth the watch. No big stupid special effects , no over gory stuff just a good old fashion spooky tale. Really enjoyed it !
To be honest I did not expect much from this film. I picked it as a time waster to fall a sleep to. I did not fall asleep. It was a good movie . Twists and turns and kept me interested till the end. A mystery and a creepy ghost story all rolled into one. My only complaint is the old phone used in the movie. A LOUD 1940s monstrosity that rang soooooo loud that I had to watch the movie with my finger on the mute button the whole time. Other then that, the film is worth the watch.
Well i started to watch not expecting a whole lot but love Rachel LAfever (think thats correct spelling), anyway i was so happy i watched the caller it was NOT just another silly movie about calls inside houses or missed, IT was much deeper then that and i was surprised in the middle and end the first 5mins blah but needed,it was nice to see a movie that really was NOT totaly predictable, i give it an 8 n half, for the twists and for the end, WATCH I DOUBT YOU WILL REGRET WATCHING< SOME WILL IM SURE SAY ITS BAD,they always do!!, I THINK THE ENDIND WILLBE A NICE SURPRISE 8 1/2
What a great movie this was. I came into it thinking it was going to be average, but boy was I wrong! This movie had chills running down my spine all the way through it. Rachelle Lefevre played the part of Mary so well. This is an All-round great movie, & a definite watch for anyone who loves horrors/thrillers. You won't be disappointed!
