this was an excellent movie! all the actors did a terrific job. the movie was very inspireing, and had some great humour. could be one of jackie chans best performance and the young jaden smith showed some very good acting and physical ability. i also liked the stunning scenery as well had one of the best musical scores in a movie that i have not heard in awhile. 2 thumbs up 5/5 from me!
I have to say I really did not think this kid was going to a good job considering his dad pretty much paid for the whole thing... BUT what a good job this kid did, and he is so bloody cute!!
I watched version #13, because I like DivX movies and the option to save for later viewing. Although the language was english the subtitles were in chinese, so when they spoke chinese I did not know what was being said. As for the movie, though not quite as good as the first one, it was enjoyable. 3.5/5
whats wrong with a simple crane kick to win the match,,no daniel son i can cope with,,no mr miyagi i can cope with,,no wax on wax off i can cope with,,having a negro in the title role i can cope with,,but defying the laws of physics and gravity when a simple crane kick would suffice pah SUCK A FAT CHODE 6/10 for jackie chan or as he prob has to be called now LL JACKSON CHAN
YES!! if they all left, then you would have to look elsewhere for such an inspired screen name as sir mix alot, oh I mean pimp alot.. Maybe it could start a trend of you having an original idea, instead of emulating the very spooks you wish weren't around..?
WAAAAAAAY better than I was expecting. The subtle changes made from the original KID worked for the Chan and Smith characters (such as the jacket). The parts that were funny flowed well with the story, and the serious parts were executed well for the audience to empathize. I have watched more than once and will watch more- a classic remake. 9/10
