These welfare recipients took these places & turned them into a sewer, when they could have just as easily all pitched in and kept these building up & clean by sweeping the hall ways , taking out the trash, painting a few walls.. your own even?? Yet instead they pissed in elevator shafts lit hall ways on fire broke all the3 windows they could , destroyed the landscape with feces trash needles and empty beer bottles and cans then blame the working man for not helping them I cant have sympathy for these people! Then they blame the government for not taking care of them .. You can lead a horse to water..........
