From beginning to end, this movie had me emotionally involved. James Gandolfini always does great with his roles, but I've never seen him play a damaged man seeking female attention for conversation...literally. He plays character Doug Riley, a businessman who goes to New Orleans on business. While at a strip club, he meets Malorie(Allison), a young dancer who knows more than she should, and not enough of what she could know. Together, along with Doug's wife, Lois, they struggle through a journey of loss, loneliness, and heartbreak.
This happens to be Kristen Stewart's best role yet.
I loved this movie I thought the acting was amazing, also I've kind of changed my opinion of kristen stewart after seeing this I didnt like her in the twilight movies she was so annoying she should definitely stick to roles like this from now on it really shows what she can do as an actress 4/5 I would have given it 5 stars but I thought the ending could have been better
Great Movie! Kristen Stewart plays tough and bad girl roles so much better than Bella Swan. I think that role holds her down and insults her abilities to do what she can really do artistically.
I really enjoeyd this movie. Kristen was amazing as well as the rest of the cast. ut i really liked kristen's performance cause it was so different from what I'm used seeing her in. she did an excellent job I have to say! :D
